Michel graduates from ESDE Business School and gets his MBA at Hartford University.
He starts his experience in Finland, first as Portfolio Manager in a bank, then joining KONE Group as Controller.
His career continues when he becomes CFO of the Central Finance and Integration team in Finland, Belgium, Italy and the USA.
Later, as CFO for Southern Europe, he moves to Carrier (United Technologies Group).
Afterwards he holds positions of Managing Director and CEO in companies owned by Private Equity funds, such as Cantiere del Pardo where he participates in the debt re-negotiation with the financial partners and implements a restructuring with the purpose of ensuring a clear «hand over» to the German Group Bavaria Yachtbau.
In 2012 he incorporates Red2Green.
Vittorio graduates at Bocconi University in Milan and gets a Master in Corporate Finance.
He starts his career as auditor at Ernst&Young. And then he assumes various positions as Controller and CFO, particularly in the textile industry working for different groups among which Trussardi, Versace and Frette.
As Frette CFO, he organizes the restructuring of the company. After its takeover by a Private Equity fund, he follows the turnaround of the American Branch, and then he establishes the Chinese Branch and the Financial Holding of the group in Luxembourg.
In 2011, setting up his own business, he decides to offer SMEs finance consulting services and he joins Red2Green from its beginning.
